In terms of form and styling, the 2024 Skoda Superb retains the previous model’s huge wheels and profile. Aside from that, it has the characteristic Skoda grille with chrome surrounds, lower air dams, reworked front and rear bumpers, LED foglamps with cornering function, and new LED headlights and taillights with crystal accents. It rolls on 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels.

Inside, the sedan features a virtual cockpit, a nine-inch touchscreen infotainment screen with wired Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, three-zone climate control, a wireless charger, 12-way electrically adjustable ventilated and heated front seats, roll-up sun visors for the rear windows and windshield, a 360-degree camera with park assist, and a 12-speaker Canton sound system.

Value for money

The all-new Skoda Superb is a large car with ample space.

It’s comfortable, silent, and extremely well-built.

The new Superb is a terrific car, but so was the last one.

The most significant change for this generation is the transition to Volkswagen Group’s MQB architecture.

That implies it shares underpinnings with vehicles such as the Volkswagen Golf and Audi A3. It’s a significant step forward for Skoda, and it shows in the way the car handles.

Pros
  • Premium Fit And Finish
  • Powerful Engine Performance
  • Great Ride And Handling
Cons
  • A Bit On The Pricier Side
  • No Diesel Engine On Offer
  • Could Offer Better Features

Verdict

The major factor to evaluate here is the viability of introducing a product in a category that has begun to dry up. In my opinion, the Skoda Superb should do well since the car still delivers fantastic value, despite no longer being able to offer the sub-20 lakh pricing that the previous model did at the introduction. You get so much equipment here, including Apple CarPlay, several driver aids, and safety measures, which are all wonderful.
