Rajat Dalal Controversies
Fake Baba’s
Rajat Dalal’s Autobiography Rajat Dalal asked three purportedly dishonest babas to do a live Instagram recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa and the Gayatri Mantra in November 2023. He made them take off their clothes when they couldn’t even smack each other. The babas claimed to be followers of Gorakhnath Peeth’s Nath sampradaya.
He also insisted that they show him their Aadhar card, which the police eventually found out was a fake.
Fight With Singhaa
Powerlifter Aren Joy Fernandez claimed in an Instagram Live that Rajat Dalal was unknown to him. A rivalry between Singha and Dalal was ignited when Sourav Kumar Singh, also known as Singha, joined Aren’s Live and asserted that Rajat Dalal was not a very skilled powerlifter. When Dalal said that Singha made fun of his last name and the Jaat tribe he belonged to, their argument became more intense. Retaliating, Dalal declared that he had never made fun of Singha’s Rajput ancestry.
Subsequently, arm wrestler Aryan Kothari and Singha’s friend Siwet also posted videos to YouTube criticizing Dalal. In a video posted in February 2024, Singha challenged Dalal to a fight anywhere and even suggested that they square off in a cage.
Dalal accepted the offer. Dalal then sent Singha an apology letter and reported the incident to the police for his remarks on Dalal’s last name and community.
Singha is alleged to have been attacked and beaten by Dalal and his companions in Dehradun. Later, during several Instagram Live sessions, Singha and his buddies apologized to Dalal; Singha also signed the letter of apology.
Fight With Rajveer
Rajat Dalal and Rajveer Singh Sisodia, former fitness influencers turned YouTubers, are at the center of a brand-new dispute on social media after the former made threats against the latter in a video.
A few days before the altercation, the parties had argued and exchanged threats in public on social media. The bodybuilders had originally intended to fight their differences out in Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
However, Rajveer asserts that the battle has been called off and that the Haryana police specifically advised him not to get involved, citing strict guidelines.
Rajveer further asserts that there was collusion between Rajat and the police. Interestingly, Rajat hails from the Jaat community in Faridabad, whilst Rajveer is a Rajput from Ghaziabad. When the cops saw that their internet altercations were being extensively disseminated, Rajveer changed his mind about traveling to Bahadurgarh for the fight.
The Haryana Police got involved in the matter on Saturday and warned both parties through a tweet about the repercussions of breaching the law.
“We’ll win, Jhajjar Police. When someone incites hatred, or violence, or breaks the law, we will punish them severely. Make sure to follow Jhajjar Police on Twitter for updates.
Conclusion
Ultimately, Rajat Dalal’s conflicts—with alleged fake babas, powerlifters like Singha, or other social media personalities like Rajveer Singh Sisodia—draw attention to how unstable online connections may be and the possible negative effects they might have offline. In addition to personal conflicts, many incidents touch on larger societal concerns like caste dynamics and the influence of social media on public perception and behavior. It highlights how important it is to behave appropriately online and the potential legal fallout from encouraging violence or other negative behavior.
The intervention of the Haryana Police serves as a reminder that peaceful resolution of disputes and adherence to the law are both necessary for conflict resolution.
